Miss Sally has been teaching Dance & Pole Fitness combined for over 20 years.  She’s been an instructor at the Diva Dive since 2013.  Miss Sally specializes in teaching Pole Fitness, Ballet, & Pilates.  She has over three decades of Classical Ballet training, ten years of Pole Training, plus her M.B.A from the Walton College of Business. She ran away with the Circus briefly as a teenager where she first fell in love with aerial arts (and left her parents wondering what was going on with their Honors student).  Miss Sally loves helping students learn to love their bodies, gain confidence, and realize their own limitless potential. PSO Southwest Level 4 Medalist 2018.

Miss Samantha has been teaching pole fitness for over 4 years. She’s been a teacher at the Diva Dive since 2017. Miss Samantha specializes in teaching pole and flexibility. She has 5 years of pole training and has competed and placed in two Pole Sport Organization competitions. Miss Samantha loves helping students learn new skills and build strength as well as watching them grow in confidence. PSO Level 3 Medalist 2017 & 2019.

Miss Jordan Rayne has been teaching Pole Fitness and Pilates for over 6 years.  She’s been a teacher at the Diva Dive since 2015.  Miss Jordan specializes in teaching pole choreography and mindful movement for injury prevention.  She has 9 years of pole dance training and the following certifications/degrees: XPERT Lvl 1 and Lvl 2 Pole Instructor Certification, STOTT Pilates Lvl 1, 2 and 3 Mat Instructor Training. Miss Jordan loves helping her students gain strength and confidence while having a TON of fun at the same time. She's a party in a person. In fact, Miss Jordan also teaches most of our Bachelorette and GNO Pole Parties! 

Miss Aisha has been teaching dance and acrobatics for over eight years and has been a teacher at the Diva Dive since 2018. She specializes in contortion, aerial hoop (Lyra), hand balancing, and ballet. She has 17 years of ballet training in many styles of ballet including Vaganova, Royal Academy (RAD), and American Ballet Theater (ABT). In early 2015 Miss Aisha earned her certification in Acrobatics under the Acrobatic Art’s program where she was the first certified acro instructor in the state of Arkansas. She is a Perfect Form Physiotherapy certified teacher, and in 2021 earned her Aerial Arts, Hoop Theory certification for aerial hoop. Miss Aisha also continuously trains under several contortionists from all over the world, always researching and improving her skills. Her greatest passion is teaching students, who with the right techniques and perseverance, achieve skills they once thought were impossible.

Miss Courtney has been teaching pole fitness for 7 years. She’s been a teacher at the Diva Dive since for all 7 seven of them! Miss Courtney specializes in teaching Pole Fitness and Conditioning & Flexibility. She has obtained her certification in Xpert Pole Level 1, Spin City levels 2-3. And she is currently working towards a Twerk certification. Miss Courtney loves helping students discover their inner Bad A**, and is in fact, our resident Bad A**! PSO Level 3 Exotic Southwest Medalist 2019.

Miss Cambria has been teaching Aerial & Pole Fitness for over 3 years. She’s been a teacher at the Diva Dive since 2021. Miss Cambria specializes in teaching Lyra, Hammock, & Pole. She has 12 years of Aerial Training and 3 years of Pole Training, and has completed the Born To Fly Aerial Silks Teacher Training Course. Miss Cambria loves helping her students build strength and flexibility, while also building more self confidence.

Miss Christy has been teaching Dance & Pole Fitness for 5 years. She’s been an instructor at the Diva Dive since January 2024. Previously she taught at San Francisco Pole & Dance. Christy specializes in teaching strength/conditioning and dynamic pole tricks. She was honored to be the PSO Golden Gate L3 Championship winner in 2019.  Christy loves helping students unlock the things they always thought impossible. She’ll be your biggest cheerleader!

Miss Brittney has been studying & teaching Dance for 28 years & Pole Fitness for 7 years.  She’s been an instructor at the Diva Dive since 2024.  Previously, she taught hip hop and twerk for 4 years. Brittney specializes in teaching sexy floor combinations. She is also a two-time PSO exotic gold medalist. Brittney loves helping students tap into their sensuality and express themselves through movement.

Miss Sydney has been teaching dance since 2019, and she’s been a teacher at the Diva Dive since 2021 where she has fallen in love with Pole Fitness. Miss Sydney specializes in teaching ballet, jazz technique, and contemporary. She has 13 years of dance training and competed with Williams Dance & Gymnastics. She was a 4 year member of the Fayetteville High School Varsity Dance Team, earning a state title and runner up title during her time there. Miss Sydney loves helping students learn how to appreciate dance and letting it be a safe place for them to learn and grow.

Miss Regina has been teaching pole fitness and yoga for over 5 years. She’s been a teacher at the Diva Dive since 2021. Miss Regina specializes in teaching yoga, pole, as well as Liquid Motion floorwork and heels. She has 5 years of pole and yoga training and the following certifications/degrees: Beginner Pole, spin pole, Lyra, Liquid Motion Miss Regina loves helping students find their inner diva and recognize their own beautiful form of movements.
